The District of Columbia Area Chapter-REIA is a non-profit association based in Washington,DC, and a member of the National Real Estate Investors Association (NaREIA), which means that we are supported and surrounded by a much larger organization. DCAC-REIA's mission is to provide first-time investors and seasoned investors, owners and managers, and all others affiliated with rental housing, a constructive force through which we can all work together as one for the betterment of the industry.
