No longer will this Walmart get any of my money. If they aren't going to honor their alternate pick up person for their on-line orders, don't make it an option anymore. My daughter was the alternate person and I sent her in with e-mail confirmation on her phone and her id. Parking lot was packed. She called to tell me they wouldn't fill order. Her cell phone started to break up. I finally found a parking spot and parked and stormed in to back of store..yes, I was ANGRY. When I got there my daughter said, Chill, it's okay but since I was mad I flung a curse word and instead of trying to calm me down Ginger proceded to reprimand me. I believe I am paying her paycheck and how dare she. I hate Walmart, always have, and now I will NEVER go back.
